The Classic Spit Roast menu features a choice of either a full Irish Lamb or free-range Irish Pig, both locally sourced for assured quality and freshness. Our meat is prepared on-site using a mobile gas-operated stainless steel spit, where it is slow-roasted and basted with an exclusive sauce until perfectly cooked. This is not just any spit roast; our distinctive roasting technique gives a flavor that leaves guests longing for more.
