The Carvery Spit Roast offers you a choice of your favorite meats, Beef, Lamb, Porketta, Chicken or a Turkey Crown, the combinations are endless. We only use the finest Irish quality meats and roast them slowly in our mobile stainless steel spit roaster on-site. The roasted meat will be carved by our chef and served buffet style in Chafing Dishes.
